Using Get Nodded
The service is operated by Get Nodded, based in India. References to Get Nodded, we, us, or our in these terms refer to this business. Our contact email is hello@getnodded.com.
These terms apply to the Get Nodded website and app at app.getnodded.com. Get Nodded provides tools for AI visibility tracking, prompt monitoring, citation analysis, competitor insights, AI crawler analytics, SEO, and content workflows.
By creating an account or using a paid service, you agree to these terms and the plan or order details presented to you. If you act for a company or client, you must have authority to use the service and provide that organization's information. A separately signed agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.
Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement under the law applicable to you. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@getnodded.com.
Accounts and workspace access
Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current. Protect your sign-in account, API keys, and connected-service credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize in your workspace and for deciding who may access your brands, prompts, reports, and publishing destinations.
Only connect websites, accounts, and services that you own or are authorized to manage. Contact hello@getnodded.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Plans, payments, and cancellation
Your selected plan determines the included brands, prompts, tracking frequency, content allowances, and other limits. Review the current pricing and the details at checkout before purchasing. Do not bypass usage limits or share access to evade plan restrictions.
Payments are handled through the checkout provider. The price, currency, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, and any trial or promotional conditions shown at checkout apply to your purchase. A recurring subscription renews according to those terms until cancelled.
Use the billing controls available in your account to manage your subscription, or contact hello@getnodded.com for help. Cancellation, refunds, and changes to an existing subscription are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable consumer law. Stopping use of the service is not itself a cancellation request.
Your data and content
You retain your rights in brand information, prompts, documents, images, and other materials you submit. You give Get Nodded permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit those materials as needed to provide the features you use, including generating responses, reports, drafts, and requested publications.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for the information you submit and the services you connect. Avoid placing sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material in prompts unless you have assessed and authorized that processing.
Personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your existing materials to Get Nodded.
AI answers, metrics, and generated content
AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or different across engines and runs. Visibility scores, brand mentions, sentiment, and citation analysis describe the tracked observations; they are not a complete measure of every answer a person may receive.
Get Nodded does not guarantee a search ranking, an AI recommendation, a citation, traffic, leads, or revenue. External AI engines and search services determine their own outputs.
Review generated articles, social posts, comparisons, and recommendations before relying on or publishing them. Check facts, sources, permissions, and product claims. Outputs may resemble other content and are not guaranteed to be original, exclusive, or eligible for intellectual-property protection.
Integrations, publishing, and report links
Optional integrations may read information from or publish to services you connect, such as Google Search Console or a content management system. When you authorize a workflow, Get Nodded may transmit the information required to carry it out. Review the connection's permissions and any automated publishing settings.
Third-party services have their own terms, policies, availability, and limits. Disconnecting a service does not automatically remove content already published to it.
A shared report link allows its recipients to access the report without signing in. You are responsible for deciding what to share and with whom. Revoke report access when it is no longer needed.
Acceptable use
Do not use Get Nodded to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others, send spam, publish deceptive content, or distribute malicious software.
Do not attempt to access another workspace, extract credentials, circumvent authentication or rate limits, disrupt the service, or probe systems without permission. Respect the rules of external websites and platforms when using research, community, and publishing features.
The service and third-party materials
Get Nodded and its licensors retain rights in the software, interface, branding, and documentation. Your subscription gives you access to the service within your plan; it does not transfer ownership of the platform.
Referenced websites, quotations, logos, and cited sources belong to their respective owners. Access to a citation or competitor page does not grant permission to republish that material.
Availability and changes
Features depend in part on external AI engines, search providers, and connected services. Coverage, response times, and availability may change. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, failures, or circumstances outside our control.
Get Nodded may update features and limits. Any specific availability or support commitments must be set out in your applicable plan or written agreement; this page does not promise uninterrupted operation.
Suspension and ending access
Access may be restricted where needed to address misuse, non-payment, a security risk, or a legal requirement. You may stop using the service and request account closure by contacting hello@getnodded.com.
Before closing an account, save any reports or content you need, review shared links, and disconnect publishing destinations. Account closure and subscription cancellation are related but distinct requests; include both if you want both. See the Privacy Policy for data-retention and deletion information.
Responsibility and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and AI-generated outputs are provided as available, without a promise that they will be error-free or fit a particular purpose. You remain responsible for decisions and publications you make using the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or removes consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional liability allocation or governing-law provision in a signed agreement applies subject to those mandatory rights.

Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. This page shows the date of the latest revision. Where a change requires notice or agreement under applicable law or your contract, that requirement continues to apply.
