Scope and contact
Get Nodded is based in India and operates the website and app described in this policy. You can contact the business about privacy at hello@getnodded.com.
This policy describes personal information processed through the Get Nodded website, app, and related communications. Get Nodded helps teams track brands in AI answers, explore cited sources and competitors, and manage content and search workflows.
For privacy questions or requests, email hello@getnodded.com. Include the account email or workspace needed to identify your request, but do not send passwords or API keys.
If you use a workspace managed by an employer or client, that organization also makes decisions about the information it adds and the access it grants. Requests concerning organization-managed content may require coordination with that organization.
Information the platform processes
Account and access information: your name, email address, profile image where provided, sign-in provider identifiers, organization membership, invitations, session records, IP address, and browser or device information associated with sessions.
Workspace information: brand names, websites, descriptions, competitors, prompts, tags, settings, tracked responses, citations, and resulting analytics. Prompts and AI responses can contain personal information if you include it or a source returns it.
Content and integrations: article drafts, generated images, social posts, publishing settings, and credentials or authorization tokens for services you connect. Google Search Console connections can supply search-performance data such as queries, pages, clicks, and impressions.
Billing information: customer and subscription identifiers, plan, billing interval, status, and contact information required for checkout. Polar handles the payment checkout; payment details entered there are processed under its policies. The application uses billing records to apply your plan and allowances.
Usage and support information: request and error records, feature activity needed to operate workflows, crawler events received from configured sites, and messages or attachments you send to our team.
Research information: public pages, citations, search results, competitor information, and community content returned by services used for research. Public availability does not necessarily mean that information is free of personal data.
How information is used
Information is processed to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, manage workspace access, run tracked prompts, calculate visibility metrics, analyze sources, and provide requested content and publishing features.
It is also used to manage subscriptions and quotas, respond to enquiries, diagnose failures, investigate abuse, and protect the service. Connected account data is used for the features associated with that connection.
Where a law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the activity: providing the service under a contract, meeting legal obligations, pursuing legitimate interests such as service security and support where permitted, or consent where required. You can contact us to ask about the basis applicable to a particular activity.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the record and its purpose. Workspace prompts, results, and content support ongoing tracking and historical reports; session and connection records support access; subscription records support billing; and operational records support troubleshooting and security.
Relevant criteria include whether your account or connection is active, whether the record remains needed for the requested feature, outstanding support or security investigations, and legal or accounting obligations. This policy does not promise a fixed deletion period for every type of record.
You can remove supported resources or connections through the product controls and request account or personal-data deletion at hello@getnodded.com. A request may require identity verification and confirmation from a workspace administrator.
Disconnecting an integration stops that connection's future use but does not automatically remove previously imported records or content already published elsewhere. Copies held by external services, report recipients, or backup systems may follow separate deletion processes.
Security and access
Get Nodded uses workspace-scoped access checks and API request limits. API keys are verified using stored hashes, and Google Search Console and supported publishing credentials are encrypted before storage.
No service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your connected sign-in accounts, limit access to workspace data, and keep API keys private. Our Trust and security page provides more information about product controls.
International processing
The services involved in hosting, AI processing, authentication, research, and billing may process information in countries other than your own. Availability of a product feature does not establish that its data stays in a particular country.
Contact hello@getnodded.com before providing information that has specific residency or transfer requirements so the applicable service locations and contractual arrangements can be confirmed.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may have rights to access or correct personal information, request deletion or a portable copy, restrict processing, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing. These rights can have legal exceptions.
Send requests to hello@getnodded.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and authority to act for a workspace. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
You can manage supported integration connections in the app and revoke permissions through the connected provider. You can also revoke a shared report link through the available report controls. Deleting a link cannot recall copies another person has already saved.
If you believe your privacy concern has not been resolved, you may have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your location.
Children's information
Get Nodded is a business platform and is not intended for children. Do not use a workspace to collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact hello@getnodded.com so the situation can be reviewed.
Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the platform or data handling. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where applicable law requires further notice about a material change, that requirement applies.
